NCB and FWICE take out bike rally for de-addiction

Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) and Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE), the mother body of 32 unions of cinema industries, and Jairam Seva Foundation and Kadam Foundation,are all set  to curb the growing drug cases in Bollywood and create awareness against drug addiction. A grand bike rally was held on 4th June at 9 am. The chief guest of this rally was Zonal Director, NCB Amit Ghawte who flagged off the rally by cutting the ribbon.

The rally was taken out from the office of Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) in Andheri West. Which went till Govandi while circumambulating the city. On this occasion, Zonal Director, NCB, Amit Ghawte said that today everyone’s cooperation is needed to free the young generation from drug addiction. We are happy that FWICE is with us in curbing drug addiction. On this occasion, BN Tiwari, President of FWICE Said that we are soon going to write a letter to all filmmakers and makers of waveseries that they should not put drug promoting scenes in their films and web series. Several officials of FWICE and officials of NCB were also present on the occasion.
